Bush inherited a Recession, proven over the ages, cut taxes improves economy and RAISES revenue. Congress SPENDS. Give Bush or any President LINE ITEM VETO then you can bitch at him, otherwise SPENDING is ALL CONGRESS'S FAULT. Incidentally, that old scrooge Greenspan even agrees SPENDING should be cut NOT taxes raised. jdn
