IHSCI bought this stock shortly after the Stern announcement last year and foolishly didn't sell when it spiked.

It's refreshing to hear from someone around here who's actually holding their position for more than a few days or weeks <g/ng>. Other than mc and his AAPL and some of his other holds, I've always been a little mystified by the deafening silence of the other boardmembers on their longer term trades leading me to assume that they don't have any.

About not selling when it spiked, I know what you mean. Frequently when you see those sharp climbs like SIRI had last fall they turn out to be the left side of a somewhat tortuous multi-month triangle or wedge (and I know, as I've been trapped in many over the years), which seems to have been the case here.

Nevertheless, I think regardless of its current E-wave structure (I do see five waves down complete from December) a case could be made for a move to higher highs although it might be a continuation of the slow, creeping kind of movement it has made since the recent 4.36 low. In the larger picture the MACD has plenty of room to run and ADX looks like it may have finally turned up, among other indicators supporting this case.
