Thank you. I normally do hold for a long period, but when a stock
goes above price plus commission by what I consider a wide
enough margin, I do set the stop limit to the break-even point.
Very seldom have I lost long term by doing this.

To me, today's events prove the past wisdom of doing that, but
more important (eternal) things came up and I do not regret
putting first things first. I think I will pull a rip van winkle on this one like Carl suggests. I'm glad to hear of the lack of insider selling.

I profited in VECO by buying at 16.625, sitting through its drop
to 10 (not without nervousness) but look what it is doing today. I sold at $38.75 thinking that was a peak range, but today it's around
$68. But since enduring that with VECO, I have set a stop limit
about 5% under purchase price and then set it just barely profitable
after they go a point and a half above profitability. I've missed
both of those things with this stock. After reading some full reports
from EDGAR Online, and reading some of the more rational posts,
it does seem like this is a good long term stock and the 40 to 41
range seemded like a good entrance point. Day traders played
with VECO, too, but the soundness of the company prevailed.
At this point, I am not quite as confident with ASND as I was
with that company.

Blessings,

Bill
