"Looks like he's taken me off ignore." Nothing to be taken off of. It is all a pretense and an added layer of game playing for those running short on argument. "How does the Ignore feature work? (Last Updated: 12/30/2004 1:07:31 PM) You can add users to your Ignore list by using the Ignore Member link in their profile. You can remove users from your ignore list from the Un-Ignore Member link in their profile, or from Manage My Ignore List in Options. You can globally activate and de-activate the Ignore status in Options, or by clicking on the Ignore is On/Off link at the top of any page. Public messages posted From AND To users you have Ignored will be filtered when reading messages. Clicking on the Ignored Message link in ignored messages will temporarily "pause" the Ignore setting and display the text of that message. When Reading in Batch Mode, clicking on the Ignored Message link in ANY of the ignored messages will temporarily pause the Ignore feature on that batch of messages. Your global ignore state will be activated when you navigate away from the individual message or message batch, respectively."
