Re: long-term holdings, I have a few others as well -- which I'm happy to share. QCOM and GE are VERY long-term holdings for me. I've also owned CSCO for quite some time and have done fairly miserably with that one. I currently still have part of my GOOG position which is intended as a long-term holding. That, however, could change if there's a huge run-up OR if the chart starts getting ugly -- just too far to fall with that one. Also, I almost always have a position in QQQQ (either short or long) -- although I guess that wouldn't really qualify as a long-term holding. FWIW, I'm currently long the Qs.

I'm encouraged by your comments about SIRI.

However:

I was hoping for fast, impulsive as opposed to "slow, creeping" -- but I guess I'll take what I can get. <g>
