Wall Street s**cks. If you make your fees and a nice living from it more power to you. The prosperity is evident in the city, north shore of LI and the Hamptons. All I'm saying is many of us did very well in real estate, costs of living is skyrocketing, cash has been trash with loss of purchasing power and many still choose to dismiss it. The arrogance is astounding. Fact is a ton of uneducated folks leveraging the hell out of RE in the right time and places and knocked the ball out of the park while bears like Tice and bulls like Joey Battipaglia break even over a whole cycle. We can probably agree on them giving it all back and get to break even with the so called 'pros'. Where did you get the idea of me shorting? Long a bunch but maybe will short LEND on a bounce or MSO on the next event. Best of luck..
