I beleive you are right, I think that I have passed on some incorrect information, but I have to correct my pervious statement about the convertion price, the 30% discount at any time seems to the terms, I am sorry to have passed incorrect information along. The equipment for the Texas site is said to have been ordered, so I expect that they will start to "broadcast" around dec 1. 1997. I just look in my files and you are correct on aug 11 they said in the news release " .... ACTV's sale of distance learning networks will exceed $ 10,000,000..."
