Mish:

It's looking like this is going to be a delightful month for old Earlie:

- DELL shorts really perking up as the stock takes a nice little 2% twang today, following a nice linear decline over the last couple of weeks.
- Greystar Resources (GSL-TSX), my "fav" gold pick, has been on a tear.... now over $7.50 (I recall mentioning this one back below a buck... been a longish wait but it sure has been worth it. I also think we see well over $10 over the next three months).
- Have finished selling some juniors that I "Godfathered" for beaucoup months. The little rodents gave me heart burn for a while but recently (finally) they got untracked and started to perform. This is a territory I have always loved but I think I am getting too old for this arena. (g)
- Recently bought considerable VAS after it got thumped on a very questionable efficacy event. This stock has been very kind to me over the last year or so and I was simply lucky to be light when it got whacked. I never question things when Lady Luck smiles in my direction. (g)

Of course none of us manage to make some dough without giving some of it back. I am smarting from a few tech puts that are going nowhere (but perhaps my INTC puts will move into the profitable column this evening?).

Incidentally, the markets currently appear to love stocks that involve internet advertising. I have been involved in assisting a tiny little dickens in this sector over the last several months and much to my surprise, the little brat just might have what it takes. I don't like to even mention "early stagers" on the list as most don't make it through the embryo stage. PM if interested in its few pluses and many minuses. (g)

Best, Earlie
