35% approval is not even close to what I'd call rock bottom.

Let's hope the real bottom is a long way off.

The poor response after Katrina hasn't done much to change this because he's already pretty much at rock bottom.

Then again, I read a while back how in North Korea, some 30% of the population is in on the scam. We could easily have more than that still in on Shrub, despite Katrina, Iraq, etc...
