Does it seem to you that those FEMA people were selected for their skill and experience in disaster response? Do you think MUCH more qualified people were available? Please TRY to be honest. Brown called in 1000 FEMA workers 5 HOURS after the storm hit. He gave them TWO DAYS to get there. He could have called them BEFORE the storm hit ( a CAT 5 hurricane!), and had them be there directly after or ASAP. This is either proof he doesn't give a shit, or incompetence - you decide. He should be fired. Why the chimp hired him and the other clowns for FEMA should be investigated.
