I don't think there has been any upgrading of GEMS. I see no reason to believe it will happen without some substantial earnings momentum in sight. I am still looking to buy more GEMS, lower. DGII is looking like it has based at 13 7/8's. Skeeter did you check it out? That is a real good turn around story in the making. I am still holding off but I will probably buy some shares at 14 if I can get in. Regards, Jeff
