The reinvention of New Orleans will come closer to 200 billion dollars than the earlier prediction of 25 billion. I knew that pronto, and posted that. They, the previous population of New Orleans, in my opinion will not be back in as large a number as some predict. The Republicans have done a quienela on New Orleans. They chased or killed off the majority, and will buy that land, Halliburton/KBR will repair the dykes, and then the new owners of that land will reconstruct. Guess who will buy that land. Boom! There goes the Orleans parrish Democrat population. How much money does Bush need? I've had some. You can only buy so many shirts and cars and stuff for your kids. Then you run out of things to buy.
