Well there you have it. More intangibles of which we have no knowledge whatsoever. Asking "Do you think that's fair?" is not knowable at this moment, though you and I both know that the four-letter 'F' word -- 'Fair' has little to do with law. Law is what's persuasive and provable, or provably persuasive, or persuasively provable. It's all 'P' word alliteration. 'F' words like fair are in the footnotes.
