Can you be specific? How, EXACTLY, did FEMA to a "miserable" job?

Remember, we now know that Red Cross had supplies outside New Orleans ready to deliver to the Superdome and were refused access by state officials.


Do you think those state Homeland Security people operate in a vacuum..........they are directed by Homeland Security out of DC.

But besides all that, the Feds run the relief effort, not the state. The state can say 'yes' or 'no' to something but Washington calls the shots. The decision about the Red Cross sounds much more like the Feds talking, not the state.

Besides...........there is too much damning evidence against the Feds and FEMA. Of course, just watching Brown and Chertnoff on the tube last week spoke volumes. That's why they're calling for Brown's head:
