I understand the complaint, but it is rather superficial.

It isn't as though Bush's presence would have, in any way, changed the outcome. Also, while Bush was "playing guitar", the scope of the problem was really not known.

What has happened is that the media and the weak-minded have lost sight of the timeline of events, the scope of the problem, and don't fully comprehend what the federal government's role is or might have been. Those who think a little deeply about the issues comprehend that Bush's presence, or lack of it, was not important and that once the scope of the problem became known, Bush was on top of the situation, and actually, FEMA and the fed in general have done an excellent job WRT this disaster.

The facts are starting to seep out and I think people will begin to catch on. It doesn't take so long now that Dan Rather isn't around to Bash Bush at every turn. Now, if we could just get rid of Aaron Brown.
