I've watched it closely, and I'd say the market is probably right. That means the move from 4.00 or so to 4.89 is anticipatory. SSFT has risk to fall post-merger, especially looking out to April or so. Shorting SSFT to 4.50 seems a more likely move. That's what the NUAN price says, IMO.
