Wonder if there is a way to track who is buying what with the $2000 debit cards? It would be nice to think that everyone who needs one, gets one, and uses it responsibly for themselves and their family. Like food, clothing and shelter. Maybe a small radio with batteries until they get settled. Phone card. Etc....

Also wonder if there is a list of the people they give a card to...At least we would know if they were dead or alive if they signed for one.


Those are all great wishes and hopes as to how the cards would and should be used............I'm betting it isn't going to happen.
