but this really is "old news" and MUST have been handled by now or I think we would have seen more action on the part of the FDA. Jacobs has reason for NOT being as informative as he could on this forum and in general...... For one thing, the S.I. forum does (justly) put his feet to the fire when we feel he has misled us. I believe that the problem stems from years of misleading posts from him and he (like many of us) is too old to change his ways now. I continue to monitor this forum for 2 reasons:

1) every so often a poster will come up with something of value and will share ..... Of course, "value" is in the eye of the reader but it does happen none the less from both the "positive" as well as the "negative" side of the house,

2) the entertainment value.....By now, many people who thought I was a radical **anti-Pyng** type have grown to realize that I am not really ...... just an "anti-B.S." type guy with a cynical nature and an acid tongue who breaks the tension of the day (from other really productive activities) by reminding Jacobs that there are people out there who remember so many of his trash comments and who are going to put PYNG under a PUBLIC microscope to the extent possible.... (hey, it often beats watching CNN as a form of escape)

One last point, when I started posting years ago, Jack and Ed who have always been very polite unless provoked were stanch PYNG fans (I think underneath it all they still are). However, you can see that they both have a less than "accepting" stance now when it comes to PYNG's public announcements. I on the other hand had concerns from the start having spent decades in marketing and sales and I recognized Jacob's as a "brother" in that he has a vivid imagination ..... I like to think that the difference between Mike and I is that I am more "responsible" when I provide information to my clients as well as to my company's shareholders.....OF COURSE I could be wrong..... and maybe pigs DO fly.
