Nope. Bush cut the levee funding 85% to send money to Iraq. The story was all over the place last week. You should pay attention. Why do you think Hannity types are spinning so hard to blame the devastation on the victims? Because Bush could have stopped it if he'd been concerned about public safety. Bushies always spin hardest when they're in full cover-up mode.
