- The full extent of the damage from the hurricane may not be known for a number of weeks.

- Two large gas processing facilities located in southern Louisiana, with roughly 3.2 bcfd of capacity, were heavily
damaged, remain flooded and will be offline for 3-6 months. We believe that these facilities have the potential to be critical chokepoints for the resumption of full gas production volumes from the Gulf.
