(I'm sure the cops already know who has showed up at muster daily, so that 'one potato, two potato' suggestion of your's is probably unnecessary....)

Andrew --- although very strong --- was a baby-sized storm... and it didn't get the opportunity to flood large areas of cities below sea level.

Each is different.
