In order to understand the New Orleans tragedy maybe we need to look at the crime and corruption that existed just before the flood?

Might help people to understand why rescue workers are being shot at by a bunch of animals.

I remember how organized and civil the evacuation of the twin towers were on 911 that saved so many lives.

Could you imagine rescue workers being shot at at ground zero in NYC?
