Oh, good grief....NO REQUIREMENT FOR PROVING EVEN WHO YOU ARE LET ALONE YOUR QUALIFICATIONS What kind of idiot would not know his/her SS number by memory...? Everyone has to have one, and those who "can't/don't/won't, etc) should at least be made to put their fingerprints down as a method of ID.... What are we thinking to allow money/benefits/ etc to go to people we can't identify. Does that mean we are going to give money to Al Qaeda, and other terrorist group members as well?
