The Red Cross has a basic list of things to get and to do on their website.... and that is what Unclewest's book was all about....I bought it, and we can see some of the suggestions he made in it, if we search Advanced Search from a couple of years ago.... I've said before, many times, that that was one thing I thought that Homeland Security should have done, and NOW, certainly should do....educate the people in their local communities of their responsibilities as well as what they might expect when help is able to come.... (some suggestions are on ready.gov)
