The libs are saying that about Bush, esp rappers and hollywood types

Generally, liberals are saying that Bush doesn't care about the poor. The people in NO happened to be poor AND black AND mostly Democratic......lethal combo for them.

BTW not once has he gone to NO......just MS and LA. And Cheney only went to MS. The subtle or not so subtle message is very clear.
