Hey pictou I read my post that you are harping about and as I thought what I took issue with was pyngs behaviour and not the problems created or believed to have been created by the device
Here is my post
I don't know about anyone else but what the FDA letter concerns me about is not the FDA's problem of reporting. Rather what was at issue here. PYT has never come out and stated they reviewed the incidents that led to the complaints and have determined the problem or corrected any short comings of the production etc. This to me is the real issue, filing paperwork is the easy part I would think. There are complaints that the FAST-1 is suspected in the premature death of person(s) and other problems.

My point was about PYNGS actions not so much about the problems but you chose to ignore all that and I am sure you will continue to do so. A method of distraction is what you practice. Take out the last line and the post still has the same point which I am sure you would prefer not discussed.
