Even if you weasel out of that, you can't weasel out of how pathetic was the initial Fed response. If the Al Qaeda had blown up the levees, would the response have been the same?

If yes, then Dumbya has proved himself incapable of protecting Americans from terrorist attacks.

If no, then Dumbya has proved that he gets to decide if he should or should not save Americans' lives.
