John, Re: Columbia-HCA The most enlightening info re: this company is to be found in the AMA-news. They had a pages long discourse on it just this week. As a physician who has spent the last 5 years living next door to Columbia-HCA's Nashville headquarters, I have some insight here, but you'd really have to read the the AMA-News article to get a feel for what you are getting into with an investment here. The most scary aspect for me is the huge disdain for the name in the medical community these days. That, and the untold liability that the company may bear once its books have been analyzed well. I'm going over the balance sheets going back several years now. I'll provide more input in a bit. Good Investing, Mike
