That is truly UFB. Why have ratings agencies at all...the dropped the ball badly on GM/F and Fitch is dropping it even more egregiously now. If they wanna say everything is always hunky dory all the time, give everyone an "AAAA+++" rating like the feedback for sellers on E-bay always get, and call it a day....<NFG>
