I can imagine we'll see bankruptcy lawyers trolling in TV ads and billboards for clients in Baton Rouge, Shreveport, Lafayette and Houston, just like Personal Injury Attorneys do. "Don't stay underwater, get in under the wire, before the Bankruptcy law takes effect".....I'm sure it will happen if it hasn't already.
