Its far more "immoral" for someone to take wealth out of a society then turn to convoluted logic to rationalize not putting anything back in.

Taxes create wealth - they build roads, infrastructure and societal institutions. New Orleans existed last week without effective government and look what happened.

The Republican argument against taxes is an immoral one because it appeals to the simple minded. Of course you can get people to get behind an idea like less tax but it’s a cynical political ploy that does more harm than good in the long run.
