Again Buddy, you are relying on static data. It ignores the fact they the death tax is assessed in many ways. Only the stupid leave an estate that would be affected. Most wealthy individuals hire tax and legal professionals to arrange their estate to avoid the death tax. The OBM data is based on the post tax planning data. It is inherently wrong and thus irrelevant.

Many more than 300 farms in that year alone would have been affected, and were.
