Rob...i am in buying...Cowen & co. reiterated strong buy rating

to put things in perspective...the ML analyst was the former analyst at Morgan Stanley, the lead underwriter in the secondary issue

Merrill did not participate in the secondary offering (at least that is my understanding)...make no mistakes trading talks to research on the comments they are going to make...i think they picked up alot of shares yesterday
