TO ALL: Just got off the phone with a source and I'm being informed that the Venezualian Gov't has announced that it has formed a Gambling Comission, of some sorts, last week. It is understood that the lawyers for CSTC/CCCZ have meeting set up with the comissioner sometime next week.....Apparently everything is on track..... ed
