Well,the 200 who came to Otis yesterday did not know where they were going. There is room for 2,000 but no one knows what to expect. My son in Austin, Texas, reports that quite a few who came there immediately turned around and headed back to New Orleans by one means of transportation or another. If that becomes a trend as the $2,000 debit cards are handed out, it will make things interesting.
