Has he even attempted to explain why he was using a fake name to board a plane at MacArthur Airport with $55,000 in cash and jewels in his luggage ??

I know LOTS of innocent convicts who are forbidden to travel that use fake IDs and carry large amounts of cash with them when boarding planes !

LOL

Folks, drug dealers lose everything when they get caught. Cars, houses, jewelery & so forth, Its all confiscated & kept by the government regardless of the actual source of the assets.

The libertarian in me questions that more than Elgindys fate.

Elgindy was dirty as can be regardless of how many scam companies he shorted. 2 wrongs dont make a right.

I do wish some of the hundreds of scamster CEOs would get similar sentences rather than slaps on their wrists however.
