A PERFECT example of the Senate's senility and the tragic damage done to America by the lack of term limits.

It should never take more than a WEEK to vet and vote on ANY judicial nominee.

And-while all judges should be subject to a 12-year term limit-if that week goes by without a vote, the President should be able to appoint that guy for that 12-year term, bypassing the senile Senate...
