Is the NY Post like the Enquirer or something? What an opinionated piece of tripe that "news" was. I should've told him to take a hike when he inarticulately emailed me asking how to get to my "2 cents" post since he wasn't a member. Should've trash-canned it. And hope he's reading this. forfeit $12 million of his ill-gotten gains. A real newsman would've been a little more careful before saying that he had $12MM in ill-gotten gains. It's not even alleged, to my knowledge, that Anthony had $12 million in ill-gotten gains. Elgindy aggressively posted negative publicity — often false — across numerous message boards Did he? This one's news to me. Does anyone know if the jury decided that this had happened? I didn't even think this was alleged to have happened. But Roddy says Anthony's posts were "often false". Roddy, it costs nothing to join this site. Care to do so and show us some of these posts? Hard to quantify "often". Let's go with 20%, k? Can ya do it?
