"It is much easier to measure the stupid than the well advised." :) (Even the 'well advised' might not always be so smart. Remember the huge estate taxes paid by the Rockafeller and Carnege heirs? It was attributed to really, really bad financial advice received by the old men.... These stories have been used as classic arguments for financial planning for generations now.)
