Kerry charters plane to deliver supplies to Louisiana wpri.com WASHINGTON - A plane chartered by Senator John Kerry is set to deliver supplies to the New Orleans area tomorrow. The shipment of water, food and medical supplies is expected to be delivered to a supply distribution center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Kerry is still accepting donations in Boston and plans to make more deliveries in the coming weeks. He says the outpouring of support from Massachusetts residents has been "incredible" and reminds him of the region's selfless response to the September Eleventh terror attacks.
