This naturally sounds good, but it doesn't take into account the fact that there is a damned small stock of undamaged housing available to those who would use the CBD.

I am convinced that there is a tremendous over-reaction going on to the flood damage. A lot of the home damage can be taken care of with a good bleach scrub. But people are screaming "toxic" so much that I bet they go in with bulldozers and flatten a lot of ward 9 and the rest of the poor area.

Anybody with a million dollar home and a good lawyer will be able to go in and clean up.
