To all shareholders/investors:

Below is a copy of the generic response back from the SEC, saying they got my email about my concerns over TWOG.PK and about Mancini and Needham - concerns about whether they are doing the right things or not - legitimate or not. I encourage you all to send your own email. Time will tell whether TWOG.PK, Mancini and Needham, are really legitimate or not. Time will tell whether these 2 guys ever get anything done or not. Time will tell whether they are con-artists or not. But, so far, I am very skeptical of these 2 mysterious Canadians. All they've done is make a career out of changing names and changing symbols and haven't accomplished one single thing in almost a year of running all these inter-linked companies, starting with FOGL.PK, AKOL.PK to TWOG.PK. They have not made a new company website, no new news, no new PRs, nothing. They say they are spending their own money running TWOG.PK? Well, I don't see where them spending their money has gotten shareholders anything of value. I think they cannot get the financing they need in order to try to pull off some deals. They obviously are not Warren Buffet, or George Soros, or Michael Miliken, or Carl Icahn, or any other person with financial means, financial know how, skill and connections. So, we're dealing with a couple of very inexperienced Canadian guys who have decided they want to try to get rich running a pink sheet listed company, while suckering in new and naive investors, and then running the stock up and down, and trying to make some money on the spread. That's what it appears to me. I wish it were not so, but these 2 guys haven't given us anything to hang on to as far as feeling comfortable with them. They don't tell us anything, they keep us in the dark, they don't announce any news, no PRs, don't accomplish anything, don't do anything. They are slower than snails and slugs. And, they might be just as slimey as snails and slugs, too? Who knows? Time will tell. Well, in the meanwhile, I decided to report them to the SEC and other agencies to see what might happen. They'll either come out clean, or they'll have to come clean, or we'll find out they're DIRTY. Which will it be? Time will tell. G-5
