Houston was sending busses to the Superdome late Wednesday and early Thursday, yet FEMA wasn't able to get anything there until Saturday? What's up with that?

FEMA's first supply drop to the dome happened on Thursday.

The Bataan sat out there with a bunch of MREs, and the Bataan never got any orders to do anything until Sept. 2.

I saw the Bataan's captain the day after the storm and she said they were making helicopter flights at that time. However, it was Sept 2 before the Air Force had the airport reopened.

Yeah, whatever yoyo made the decision to keep the Red Cross and Salvation Army out of New Orleans should be buffing his resume.

This was the governor of LA. This has been specifically stated by the national director of Red Cross.
