Friends of Bush to profit from Katrina... THAT IS OUTRAGEOUS! Any fool knows the work should be directed by the little girls in the silly striped hats and aprons that sell cones in the mall! Or maybe the folks on the corner who flash "will work for food" signs at passing traffic. By gosh, then we'd see instantaneous recovery.
