No wait, can't do that, hillary's husband cut the military: Bill Clinton cut the 18 Army divisions we had in 1991 to 10. Bill Clinton cut the 24 Air Force figher airwings we had to 13. Bill Clinton cut the 546 ship blue water Navy to a level barely above 300. These figures were provided by Duncan Hunter, Chairman of the House Armed Services Committee.
