Insider selling.

Stang, you have a history of getting news about the company almost before it becomes public. One director used to puzzle over how you did it.

Your post is somewhat disturbing to me. You wrote, "Insider Option transaction:

Filing Date Transaction Date Insider Name Nature of transaction Securities # or value acquired or disposed of Unit Price
Sep 08/05 Aug 29/05 O'Neill, Kevin Joseph 10 - Disposition in the public market Common Shares -150,000 $0.670
Sep 08/05 Aug 12/05 O'Neill, Kevin Joseph 51 - Exercise of options Common Shares 150,000 $0.370"

From my involvement with PYNG I learned that Kevin is a long time friend of Michael. I had no problem working with Kevin. However, my concern is that Michael could well select Kevin as his successor. We do not need a FOM as the new CEO.

Regards,
Ed
