Hi rrufff...
I'll try to answer each item..

"Do you have or is there a source of info with respect to time frame on this thing?"

I talked with Jay Howson and Brian Robertson (CEO). Another investor (canadian chap) and I talked on the phone and compared notes. On that basis we concluded that:

1) They wont get into real surveys until the monsoon rains are over in November.
2) Both were not pumping us with hype to either blow smoke or get us to invest more. The ony comment from Brian was that "... the current price structure should be very advantageous to early investors." One comment, and not provided easily. Had to drag that out of him. He seems a very sharp person with a good deal of mining experience and knowledgeable of the pitfalls of over hyping a mining stock.

"Is there property owned at this point or are they just prospects?"

They have five properties that were acquired when the bought GUL Mining of Cambodia. The largest property in the Northeast had been previously surveyed by the Chinese and deemed to be "of strong interest" to them. It probably was not sold to the Chinese since the political climate isn't the best between those two nations.

"Has this all been detailed somewhere?"

Unfortunately the company web site remains under construction. My impression was that Brian did not want to base his disclosure on vapor... rather on the detailed results they intend to obtain in November.

"Also - you mention that the insiders are putting their own $$$$ into this. I must have missed that info and it would be good to have it somewhere."

I have no hard evidence of this. However, we both got that impression from the separate discussions we had with Brian. We both feel that Brian and his Senior Mining Engineer founded the company using their own funds, bought the previous company shell, and have been working to secure the necessary funding and addition mining expertise for their post-monsoon work.

rrufff... just like any penny, this is a bit of a crap shoot. However, reading the resumes of these two principals suggests that at these prices it is well worth the bet.

cheers

rrm
