I don't know if anybody is still out there, but the tender offer was extended for the second time until September 19. I've been hanging in waiting to get taken out because I didn't see any reason to pay Schwab $31 to participate in the tender offer when I only have 100 shares. Now I'm starting to wonder if anything could go wrong with the Justice Department to blow up this deal. So my question is now, could anything go wrong and should I just pay the $31?
