Stunned and frustrated at how America's crass and vulgar culture has beaten Europe's finer, older culture(s). But do they recall the world as it was 70 years ago? At that time, Europeans held all the cards, all the trumps: the British Empire, the French Empire, Belgium's Central African Empire, etc. Yet they screwed it up completely and utterly.... WWII's total death toll amounted to what? 42 million? Following the WWI bloodshed and its 9.5 million dead... A bloody mess, isn't it? And who's gonna pay the bill? The Chamberlains? The Churchills? The Roosevelts? The Hitlers? The Daladiers? The Londonderrys? The Francos? The Mussolinis? But they are all dead... Yet, someone, somehow, must fork up the money. The children will.
