That article was not prejudice. It was exactly right on. It's about the welfare state, which unfortunately for the enslaved people it presumes to help, instead "keeps them down on the farm." Similar to a lobotomy, it removes any will from their being. Black, white, whatever, extended welfare for able-bodied people creates complaining, dependent drones that can do nothing for themselves.
